Athlete Support Program Terms and Conditions

1. General. By submitting an application to and/or participating in the Bell Sports, Inc. (“Bell”) Athlete Support Program (“ASP”) you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. “You” or “Your” means the person submitting the ASP application. If the person submitting the application is a minor, “You” or “Your” means the parent or legal guardian listed on the application who has authority to consent to these Terms and Conditions on the applicant's behalf.
2. Termination. Bell may terminate Your participation in the ASP effective immediately for any reason in its sole discretion. Any open product orders at the time of termination may be canceled and money refunded.
3. Expectations. You agree to maintain a positive public image by: (a) refraining from engaging in criminal conduct or acts of moral turpitude; (b) refraining from making any public statements that would cast You, Bell, or Bell's products into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, ridicule, or otherwise in a bad or negative light; (c) obeying all rules and standards established by any governing body to which You may be subject, including, if applicable, rules regarding ingestion of performance-enhancing substances; (d) ensuring any endorsement, display, or use of Bell's products will be of intact and undamaged product and/or packaging (except that packaging may be opened) and will be undertaken in a positive or neutral, non-disparaging manner; and (e) affirming, or not disparaging, Bell's values of safety, ethics, conservation, education, and inclusion.
4. Endorsing Bell's Products. Although You are not obligated to endorse Bell or any Bell products, if You choose to do so on social media You must clearly disclose Your participation in the ASP unless the relationship is clear from the circumstances, and must express only Your honest opinions, findings, beliefs and/or experiences with Bell or Bell's products based upon Your bona fide use or experience for the purpose described (please see the Disclosures 101 for Social Media Influencers guide for more information). To illustrate and without limitation, all social media posts endorsing Bell or its products must include a reference to the ASP (for example #BellAthleteSupportProgram).
5. No Sharing Discounts. Your participation in the ASP is personal to You and may not be transferred or assigned to any other Person. Any discounts or discount codes provided to you are for your personal use only and may not be used to purchase products for any other person (including family members) unless otherwise agreed by Bell in writing.
6. Media, Name, and Likeness. You agree that Bell may use Your name and likeness to identify You as part of the ASP, and may use any images or videos that you publish on social media or elsewhere that contain Bell's products or trademarks for the purpose of advertising or promoting Bell's products or brands in any media.
7. Relationship with Bell. You agree and acknowledge that Your participation in the ASP does not create an agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship with Bell for any purpose.
