The Super 3R gives you everything you need to own the trail. It's designed for the ever-changing needs of trail riding with a unique removable chin bar technology that basically gives you two helmets in one. You can remove and carry the chin bar in your pack during long climbs, and then lock it in place for that added boost of confidence on technical terrain. The easy, tool-free installation and removal process takes seconds. The Float Fit system is lighter and more comfortable with a rubber overmolded dial, plus No-Twist Tri-Glides have been adopted for added ease of adjustment. Other trail-specific features include an adjustable visor, a breakaway camera mount, and Overbrow Ventilation. The Super 3R includes Mips (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System), which can provide an additional measure of protection in certain impacts. Good looking mtb helmet but poor quality
I have been using my Bell helmet for a while now (more than a year) and I am verry disapointed with the paint quality. After only few rides, the white plastic was showing on the edges under the red color. The visor cracked after hitting a small branch while downhill and tends to loosen-up overtime. Lately, I stopped using my helmet after the head adjustment strap failed. This helmet is good and safe when being used with the chinbar. If you plan on using the helmet alone, I was never able to adjust it right and feel safe...so I don't recommend using it as a simple helmet.

Great Mtn biking helmet
Bought R3 Yellow “PAC-Man” ~2017. Love it! Gonna buy more light and bright colors for Wifey and growing kids soon. My son prefers to wear my helmet due the ventilation. :)
Dark is too much of sun heat magnet.

I'm bald and have to
I'm bald and have to wear at least a thin head cover, and when it's cold I'll wear a beanie, so I ordered a medium to make sure I would have some space. Fits perfectly after taking out the extra chin/cheek foam pad it came with. Being able to remove the chin guard is nice. The only downside is there isn't any way to secure your goggle strap, so if you don't wear goggles, no biggie. I'll probably 3D print something.
